What can I expect when I work with FROST DC?
Your needs – and dreams – come first. From your initial contact to the end of your event, our goal is to delight you at every turn. Once you schedule a consultation with our Sales Team, we’ll provide a proposal and work with you to finalize the plan and payment schedule. Well ahead of your event, we will check in with you, discuss any new requests and spec the job with our warehouse team. On a set date, we deliver and set up our gear, and maintain a team member on-site during the event to ensure all goes according to plan. Our takedown crew descends once the event wraps.
How does FROST DC stay on top of the latest trends and technology?
We’ve been leaders in the special event lighting and production business since 1994 and enjoy close relationships with top manufacturers, event planners, floral designers and venue directors with whom we discuss and debate design trends, technology advances and consumer preferences. We soak up everything from industry trades to bridal magazines to blogs to stay current and informed.
What is the attire of your onsite team members?
Our team wears a FROST DC uniform during setup and appropriate attire (e.g., a tuxedo or suit) to match the event dress code.
Do you have vendors you can recommend to me for flowers, catering, etc.?
We are happy to provide you with a list of award-winning vendors with whom we have the pleasure of working.
